When can the project start?

This will depend on the type of project, the resources required and the size of your team. We usually request a minimum of two weeks’ notice, but will also consider urgent cases.

How do I know which service is best for the needs of my business?

Our added value is in advising you, based on our experience and the objectives of your company, so that you will always get the best service for you. We will meet and strategically define your specific needs and resources.

How are my data protected?

Trust is the foundation of our service, so all agreements regarding the project will incorporate a confidentiality clause, and data will be stored in a certified data centre in accordance with ISO 270001.

How do you choose the right people to execute the project?

This is where our experience brings added value to our service. Once we have studied your project requirements, we put together the most appropriate team. In general, all tasks are carried out in Spain, but we can bring in our external collaborators if professionals in other countries are required.

Where will the project be executed from?

Our main office is in Spain, but we also have a branch in Italy and partner offices in the United States. Depending on the characteristics of the project, we decide together where the project will be executed from. 

Can my company policies be implemented in the project?

Absolutely! We adapt to your company’s policies.

What ERPs and CRMs do you work with?

We can carry out any project manually or use CRM software such as Salesforce. We also work with ERPs such as Workday, NetSuite, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics. We’re always open to implementing the best tools for the project.
